At Iconic Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a puzzle doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened puzzle in its original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided by our customer service team.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
